★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi percepción sobre la atención fue muy mala, nunca se acercaron a preguntarme si necesitaba algo. Comparando con otras agencias, no se siente un ambiente dirigido a la atención y comodidad del cliente, muy apesar de la marca mini.
Iba a buscar accesorios y los que tienen son pocos y llenos de polvo, muy descuidados.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta grave de profesionalismo en el área de refacciones, al pedir una pieza de mi vehículo el vendedor JAMÁS supo de la pieza a la cual me refería, antes habiéndole dado unas referencias excepcionales; al vendedor ni le importó (la pieza es de primera necesidad para mi vehículo y no se lo dije a propósito y éste fue el resultado).
Al final ni me resolvió nada.
Pensé que al comprar refacciones originales MINI, iba a contar con la confianza que dan las refacciones de agencia y nada; segunda mala experiencia en esta agencia MINI de coches semi deportivos de clase media.

I thought that when buying original MINI parts, I would have the confidence that agency parts give and nothing; Second bad experience in this MINI agency of semi-sports cars of middle class.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo he visitado las instalaciones en 3 ocasiones y en las 3 he tenido percances graves. Sufri una ponchadura y pedí al servicio de asistencia que me apoyara. Llegó una grúa por el y al día siguiente quise corroborar si todo estaba bien, la gran sorpresa es que no encontraban mi auto en ninguna parte y yo mismo tuve que buscar la empresa de grúas para enterarme que ellos resguardaron el auto sin notificarle a nadie. Al día siguiente se me entrego el auto mal alineado y con zumbidos por un simple cambio de llanta, poniendo mi seguridad en riesgo. Me pidieron generar cita para revisarlo nuevamente y lo entregue a primera hora de la mañana, 8:10am, y al llegar a recogerlo me informan que no se le hizo ningún arreglo. Me comentaron que me enviarían un taxi para poder ir a mi trabajo en lo que el auto se encontraba en servicio y el taxi nunca llego ni nadie me apoyo en el tema. Simplemente ha sido una de las peores experiencias que he vivido en una automotriz como cliente y no me esperaba este bajo nivel de calidad y profesionalismo.
Y nuevamente vengo a buscar a mi asesor y me comentan lo mismo de siempre, que no vino a trabajar.
I have only visited the facilities on 3 occasions and on all 3 I have had serious mishaps. I suffered a flat tire and asked the helpdesk for support. A crane arrived for him and the next day I wanted to check if everything was fine, the big surprise is that they couldn't find my car anywhere and I had to look for the crane company myself to find out that they guarded the car without notifying anyone. The next day I was handed the wrongly aligned and buzzing car by a simple tire change, putting my safety at risk. They asked me to make an appointment to review it again and deliver it first thing in the morning, 8:10 am, and when I got to pick it up, they informed me that no arrangement was made. They told me that they would send me a taxi so that I could go to my job as the car was in service and the taxi never came or anyone supported me on the subject. It was simply one of the worst experiences I have had in an automotive as a customer and I did not expect this low level of quality and professionalism.
And again I come to look for my advisor and they tell me the same thing as always, that he did not come to work.
