El problema fue posterior a esto; se me vendió un vehículo nuevo en el año 2018 con la promesa de incluir servicios en 5 años o 60 mil km, durante el transcurso de 3 años estuve al pendiente del tema de los servicios con el vendedor, Gerardo Alemán, y él me aseguró que no me preocupara, que en mi caso se me incluyeron 5 años de servicios de mantenimiento. Al querer hacer efectivo mi último servicio, 3 años y 11 meses después de la compra no se me quiso respetar la promesa de servicios, la razón que me dieron es que tanto el vendedor como su gerente ya no trabajan en la agencia. Conclusión: Carmen Motors me vendió engañado, no cumplió una de las razones por las que decidí mi compra. Es una lástima que por este tipo de detalles la marca Mini Cooper y BMW se vea deteriorada, tomando en cuenta que son vehículos premium y que se esperaría un servicio post venta igualmente premium.
