Fui más de 4 veces a pedirle ayuda para la factura de mi carro y ella no resuelve ni una ida al OXXO. Fue mi hermana y mi mamá y las trató pésimo, obvio sin resolver tampoco nada. La peor agencia de México. Por eso mejor váyanse a comprar a Monterrey o compren otra marca se carro.
Terrible attention from the woman "in charge" of the box or the invoice one Elizabeth. I went more than 4 times to ask her for help with my car bill and she did not resolve a single trip to the OXXO. It was my sister and my mother and she treated them badly, obviously without solving anything either. The worst agency in Mexico. That's why you'd better go shopping in Monterrey or buy another brand of car.
