★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es increíble que tarden 72 hrs para hacer un diagnostico de un aire acondicionado que no enfría, mas aparte otros tantos días mas para que te lo arreglen, osea mínimo te dejan sin carro 1 semana y si bien te va? es en serio? creo que es pésima la atención

Por caer en un bache se rompió una llanta y al comprarla nueva pedí que le hicieran alineación y balanceo, el. Cual cobraron en más de 3 mil pesos. La llanta nueva se desgastó en menos de 20mil kms porque la alineación quedó mal y al reclamar en la agencia nadie se hace responsable. Definitivamente demerita la calidad de los autos. Cuidado!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En mi experiencia, perdí bastante tiempo en que respondan al teléfono para solicitar informes, aparte ya voy para un mes y no han podido liberar la factura apesar de que la unidad ya fue pagada en su totalidad.
