That is to say, they make you make an appointment, they give you a time to arrive and, in fact, the attention is great, they have hygiene measures and they offer you water or a snack. When you pass with the executive (and after taking your details and those of the car) they very kindly tell you that there are other cars waiting for the same service "can you come back at that time? We will have your car ready at that time" It was not true, I had to wait almost another hour for the delivery. It wouldn't have been a problem if they told me, "come at 2:30 at that time we have your car" personally I am not very tolerant when it comes to waiting. So 2 things: Or for the other appointment I schedule my service during the week, or better return before they close, in both cases I think I will have to wait less.
