★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMO servicio, me vendieron una cama que supuestamente estaba disponible, a los dos dias del pago me dicen que vieron mal y que no la tenían en stock, que la tenian que mandar a hacer y se tardaban DOS meses, cuando pedi reembolso me dijeron que si, pero con penalizacion xq ellos no regrsan el dinero jajaja, pues me tuve que quedar con la compra y claro que en los dos meses CERO seguimiento ni atencion, llega la cama y los repartidores la tiran del camion y la dañan!!! me prometen llevarla a arreglar y regresarla en una semana, y NADA! NO COMPREN EN ESTA TIENDA!! yo aqui estoy advirtiendoles a todos los que puedo, FATAL!!!!!
HUGE service, they sold me a bed that was supposedly available, two days after payment they told me that they saw it wrong and that they did not have it in stock, that they had to have it made and it took TWO months, when I asked for a refund they told me that Yes, but with penalty because they do not return the money hahaha, because I had to stay with the purchase and of course in two months ZERO follow-up or attention, the bed arrives and the delivery men throw it out of the truck and damage it !!! They promise to get it fixed and return it in a week, and NOTHING! DO NOT BUY IN THIS STORE !! I am here warning everyone I can, FATAL !!!!!
