★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In Mini So Plaza Carzo No. 219, we received the WORSE customer service EVER.
My father took my daughter to buy over $300 dls worth of merchandise on March 12th.
On March 13th my daughter wanted to exchange an item of another. They took the item which was in PERFECT condition in the bad along with the original receipt.
Cashier 01881 Zarate ------- told them that the only way she could do it was of they would bring back all the items that were purchased so she could rescan and make an exchange.
This is the MOST RIDICULOUS thing ever!!!
Not only was she refusing to do the exchange but another the employee began to make fun of my father. There was a line behind them with over 10 customers, there were 4 employees and only 1 person was taking care of customers.
Employees need to be better trained and need to offer better customer service.
The cashier 01881 did the RETURN and proceeded to grab the items and make faces at my father and daughter.
This was the WORSE experience EVER!!!
100% NOT WORTH IT.
