Acudí en el mes de febrero del 2021 y los empleados no tienen ni idea cómo dar un buen servicio. Te atienden como si te hicieran un favor. Solicite ayuda para saber si tenían algún producto y no se tomaron la molestia ni de ver qué producto era, solo se limitaron a decir que no. Al acercarme a pagar, el cajero se acercó a la caja y luego se fue a platicar con su compañera sin terminar de atenderme. No te dan ni un saludo de bienvenida mucho menos uno de despedida.
Bad attention from employees.
I went in February 2021 and the employees have no idea how to provide good service. They treat you as if they were doing you a favor. Ask for help to find out if they had a product and they didn't even bother to see what product it was, they just said no. As I approached to pay, the cashier approached the cashier and then went to talk with his partner without finishing attending to me. They don't even give you a welcome greeting, much less a goodbye greeting.
