★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Te dicen un día que necesitas un papel x y al otro dia te salen con que ese papel no es, que es otro. Las personas que atienden muy despotas, soberbias y altaneras. Creen que tienen el derecho de maltratar a la gente que llega ahí.
 Terrible service. They tell you one day that you need a role x and the next day they tell you that this role is not, that it is another. The people who attend are very despotic, arrogant and haughty. They believe that they have the right to mistreat the people who arrive there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice cita para hoy, para tramitar holograma exento, y al llegar en la entrada dicen que no están trabajando. Que regresan hasta el jueves.
El sistema no me deja generar nuevas cita, ¿Que debo hacer?
Es una gran falta que no estén laborando en días que el sistema deja generar citas y no avisen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio para variar... empezando desde la entrada te dan mal la información respecto al tramite de verificación extemporánea. Lo único bueno fue que si respondieron en el tiempo que se estableció.
Lousy service for a change... starting from the entrance they give you wrong information regarding the extemporaneous verification process. The only good thing was that they responded in the time that was established.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las personas son déspotas y si hablas por teléfono no te quieren atender y mucho menos escuchar.
Cuando fui a exponer un caso de negligencia médica veterinaria, no me quisieron atender las personas encargadas de tomar el caso, sólo me pude dirigir con la recepcionista, ella me puso el sello y al final me dijo que tenía que ir hasta Toluca a exponer mi caso.
En fin, un vil fiasco la atención hacia el dolor y desesperación de las personas.
People are despots and if you talk on the phone they don't want to attend to you, much less listen.
When I went to expose a case of veterinary medical negligence, the people in charge of taking the case did not want to attend to me, I could only go to the receptionist, she put the seal on me and in the end she told me that I had to go to Toluca to expose my case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo más de tres día marcando para que me resuelvan una duda respecto a la verificación vehícular y me han dado más de 10 números y en ningún lado me atienden. En el ultimo ya de plano ni contestan. Pésimo servicio de los SERVIDORES PÚBLICOS a los ciudadanos; los que contestan son groseros y no resuelven.

Lo malo es que dejaron de servir las cartas para poder circular diario siempre y cuando la verificación lo permita, ahora salen con que tiene uno que ponerle a los carros catalizadores, que son muy caros, entre seis mil o quince según el carro. Ese es el negocio de algún político. Lo bueno es que ya no hay corrupción
