Useless to call. Report Noisy Neighbors and Fights and Never Arrived. Oh, but when people take their dogs for a walk during the day: they are stopped and demanded by a leash and vaccination card, or they are threatened with being taken with them along with the dog. Lousy attention

Al llamar las señoritas me dicen que llame en 15 minutos después, llamo 15 minutos después y me comentan que llame en 20 min, asi me la pase 2 días.
The process of scheduling an appointment is too long, it took 1 month to get an appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio les marcas para que te saquen de una duda y te dejan en llamada de espera y después de unos segundos te cuelgan la llamada vuelves a marcar y hacen lo mismo.
Entonces para que ponen el número si no van a ayudarte en cualquier duda o aclaración que tengas!!
Terrible service calls them to get you out of a doubt and they leave you on hold and after a few seconds they hang up the call, you dial again and they do the same.
So why put the number if they are not going to help you in any doubt or clarification that you have !!
