Me contestan y me mandan una foto que no coincide con lo que estoy pidiendo . Les sigo mandando fotos y explicando que es lo que quiero . Ya no me contestan y me dejan esperando ni siquiera leen mis mensajes luego los leen y me dejan en visto . Insisto para que me ayuden y no me me contestan más. Les digo que muchas gracias que ta vez están ocupadas o que llame al lugar equivocado . Me contestan que me están ayudando pero que bye que están buscando fotos para mandarme . Para eso se dice un momento lo estamos atendiendo o explicas al cliente que estás buscando opciones pero no lo dejas sin contestar y solo le contestas para decirle bye . Groseras , nada profesionales , desatentas , si no tienen tiempo de atender para que contestan . Horrible servicio y pésima actitud . La hora de mi llamada y mensajes hoy 12 de febrero a las 10 de la mañana por si alguien se interesa en investigar quién fue la grisees que lo hizo . Ojalá no sea una dueña o dueño prepotente . They answer me and send me a photo that does not match what I am asking for. I keep sending them photos and explaining what I want. They don't answer me anymore and they leave me waiting they don't even read my messages then they read them and leave me on seen. I insist that they help me and they don't answer me anymore. I tell them thank you very much that maybe they are busy or that I called the wrong place. They answer me that they are helping me but that bye they are looking for photos to send me. For that you say a moment we are attending it or you explain to the client that you are looking for options but you do not leave him without answering and you only answer him to say bye.
