I went for single lash to Mink Lashes. When I closed my eyes, it was so noisy, the manager was standing next to my bed and talking about Mint lash products enormously loud. Thus I asked the lash artist if she could ask them to carry the conversation outside and play music as there were not even any music.
She started playing music but the people kept talking so I started crying as the loud talking man was so stressing.
Then she stopped the treatment and texted my husband whitout me knowing: "Su novia esta nerviosa.Creo qué tienen venir por ella.No podemos realizarle la aplicación." (What?!) Then she gave me a new appointment later in the afternoon when the product assessments is done and the noise will not be there.
Later in the day I received a massage "Una disculpa enorme, no nos autorizan brindarle el servicio a la chica por su reacción, todavía sigue en capacitación el personal de la tienda y tenemos bastante movimiento aquí por los clientes. Espero lo pueda entender, una disculpa por el inconveniente. Linda tarde"
I went back there to talk what this is about.

It is talking for it self I think how disappointing mint lashes is.
