The attention as a company is deficient, talking with my granddaughter's nanny I learned that they pay them much less than what they charge us as families, that's why we prefer to hire outside, because the merit is theirs who win the hearts of children and therefore the family. It is not okay to abuse girls, who are also professionals, and even have careers.

It seems like a place with good service. But the prices are very high, they quoted me a month of service for more than $ 20,000. Obviously it is not in everyone's budget, my recommendation for working moms, it would be better if they get a private nursery, kindergarten or primary school, it is more accessible and your child will be better.

If I could give it zero stars, I would because it doesn't deserve one. I was in contact via WhatsApp to hire for the first time and I had to follow up on the matter instead of the company. I made the payment the night before the appointment and sent the receipt to the email through which the service was confirmed. An hour and a half before the appointment I receive a comment via WhatsApp from the assigned babysitter, saying that my appointment was cancelled. When I tried to call the company, nobody took the call and they wrote to me (while I was driving) that they did not receive the payment and that they could not solve the problem that they themselves generated due to their poor processes. Apparently checking the company's email or calling the customer is a very complicated thing... now I also have to spend time asking for my refund. If this is the attention and quality of response to the most basic in any service, I do not want to imagine how they take care of and take responsibility for the children they care for. Painful, offensive, embarrassing and even dangerous.
