I bought $130USD jewelry and it fell apart only within a half day.I think the part was too loose so it seems like while I was walking the parts was fallen apart and it’s gone so I didn’t even notice when it fell in apart. I went to the shop and asked to exchange they said they can not do that. Even this is NOT my fault. I asked to speak with manager but they said there is no manager I can not speak to anyone. This is kinda fraud to me. If the manager read this review please contact me and just exchange. This a NOT ok. Only half day the part fell part itself is NOT ok and why I can not speak to manager????? It is very weird.I was planing to buy more products but I will not buy anymore. You lost customer
