★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No realizan ningún tipo de filtro ni verifican que las personas a las que se les renta la casa tengan capacidad de pago, los inquilinos elegidos por la inmobiliaria dejaron de pagar en el tercer mes, la persona que estaba como aval tiene antecedentes de falsificar documentos y varias denuncias por agresión física, esto aparece en noticias en periódicos estatales.
Los agentes de la inmobiliaria al contratarlos aseguraron que revisan referencias de los inquilinos y aval antes de aceptarlos, pero ni siquiera buscan en Google el nombre de las personas a las que se les entrega la vivienda.
La casa se encuentra en un fraccionamiento privado, las personas que eligió la inmobiliaria causaron daños en la propiedad y conflictos graves con los vecinos, que incluso tuvieron que llamar a la policía en varias ocasiones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dicen que promueven las casas en más de 40 sitios, pero después de contratarlos y entregarles las llaves de la casa, la única publicidad que habían hecho después de semanas era un post en facebook con faltas de ortografía. Al notar que la casa llevaba semanas sin estar anunciada en ninguna página de inmuebles nos comunicamos con los asesores inmobiliarios y empezaron a dar excusas, comenzaron tarde a promocionar la casa en algunas páginas de anuncios, pero no en 40 páginas como inicialmente afirmaron.
Enviaron el contrato con errores a las 11 de la noche para revisarlo, el día siguiente había que firmarlo por la mañana. Nos gritaron por teléfono, amenazaron con retener el dinero que ya habían dado las personas interesadas en la casa y cancelar todo lo acordado.
No cumplen con el servicio al que se comprometen, son maleducados y lo único que les interesa es cobrar la comisión.
