An awesome place to get up. On the way up, I saw clouds a little below those mountains. It was like a sea of the clouds and was absolutely incredible. The view point is also great. You might not be able to see all cuz of the clouds but I waited for 10 minutes and it was clear. The walk isn't hard and there aren't many people at all so it was perfect place to admire the massive nature. The entrance to the view point is 20 pesos.

The view at dawn left me Speechless. The walk up is short and not as bad as we were led to believe. Getting there for dawn is definitely worth it. Guides were friendly but not so talkative.

It's a beautiful scenery but to really enjoy it you have to be there like at 4 ish am to get to walk to the peak before sunrise and enjoy the sea of clouds (that usually happens in cold weather) it's about 20 to 30 min walking up depends on the group and your pace once you get to the top you don't have much time to sit and enjoy the view because there is usually a group behind you and your guide gives you a time frame

Great place to take a walk, explore the nature, walk with village dogs by your side and enjoy a great view. Better to visit on March.

The place is stunning and the view are breathing. Visit this place but try to camp or rent a cabin there to enjoy the privacy. Entrance fee is 80 mxn per person. I think it's a bit overpriced because there is no any service providing except free parking. Bathrooms cost 5 pesos. Why doesn't cost 20 or 40 pesos? I payed 80 for Teotihuacan pyramids. We were registered and the staff wanted to sanitize All our body via no name liquid. I declined it. You can't just walk to the viewpoint. You must do it with a guide. The trail is super easy 20 min walk and there is no any rational sense that some guy just walking with you and staring at you. We wanted to enjoy the silence and meditate a bit but the "guide" had his own plan. Be even didn't tell us his name. It's a shame that in any site in Sierra Gorda locals always want to charge you for everything. If you go there with big family toy will spend a lot. Try to stay there. Camping costs 100 pesos per day for a tent. Cabins for 2 persons cost 500-600 pesos. Both of them have amazing views. You will enjoy this place much more than normal daytime visit.

It's a wonderful place to feel the grandeur of nature. After leaving the highway, go up the mountain road, and the scenery changed from dry land to mountains with thick trees. It's hard to pass each other, but even a normal car can reach this place. When we arrived at the parking lot, we checked in and paid 80 pesos each person. The guide took us up the mountain path. At the top, a wonderful view awaits us. Depending on the weather and the time of day, the view may vary, but you should definitely see it with your own eyes. Due to the pandemic, camping is not possible on weekends, but it would be great if we could camp and enjoy the amazing view in the morning.

You'll hardly find a better view of this mountain chain in the state of Querétaro. Get ready for a tiryng ascent.
