★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar esta muy bien, solo q se me hizo caro el balet parkin, y se supuno q el cobro t lo deberian de hacer ya a la salida, aun no acabas de bajar de tu coche, cuando ya t estan cobrando, la vdd no estoy de acuerdo, pero asi son sus reglas y q le vamos hacer ?♂️
 The place is very good, only that the ballet parkin was expensive for me, and it was assumed that they should have charged you when you left, you haven't even gotten out of your car yet, when they are already charging you, you don't I agree, but that's how its rules are and what are we going to do to it ?♂️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la tercera vez que vengo y desafortunadamente el salón poco a poco está siendo descuidado, mucho mobiliario en zonas donde no deberían estar, baños con óxido, la pared de vidrio que sirve como fuente con mucho sarro, los espejos que dan vista al salón ya se ven muy deteriorados.
En cuanto a la atención hay que tener mucho cuidado con la "capitana" ya que suele ser muy grosera, al pedirle un tablón para la mesa de dulces mencionó que no estaba en lo que ofrece el salón y cuando se dirigió hacia otra persona para saber si lo dejaba o no lo hizo de una forma muy insolente y no dejo que pudieran la mesa hasta que le pagarán.
Recomendación: Pregunten bien por todo lo que necesitan para su evento y evitarán problemas con personas con poco tacto y educación para atender gente.

Regarding attention, you have to be very careful with the "captain" since she is usually very rude, when asking for a plank for the candy table, she mentioned that she was not in what the room offers and when she went to another person to find out whether or not he left it he did it in a very insolent way and did not let them take the table until they paid him.
Recommendation: Ask well for everything you need for your event and you will avoid problems with people with little tact and education to serve people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por donde empezar??... el lugar es pequeño pero bonito, tiene unos extractores de aire pero nunca los encendieron y hacia mucho calor, el maestro de ceremonia, no se si tenía prisa, pero todo lo quería hacer muy rápido... la comida no estuvo tan mal pero los trastes estaban sucios ( o al menos los míos estaban asi), nos toco el servicio de la "capitana" de nombre Alejandra, lo cual dejo mucho que desear, al momento del plato fuerte a un invitado le metió el trapo con el que se apoyan para no quemarse con la charola en su comida, solo nos sirvió refresco una vez y a la salida te persiguen para su "apoyo" dado que solo se limito a servir la comida y como dije solo 1 vez nos sirvió refresco , no demérito su labor, pero por muy poco que hizo quería una recompensa, los baños son pequeños y estaban un poco sucios, en el de hombres solo servia un lavabo, no cuenta con estacionamiento aun así afuera te cobran $70 por poder estacionarlo( a mi me toco dentro del auto lavado que esta a un costado), estas personas se portaron muy amables, en general para mi y mi acompañante no fue tan grata nuestra experiencia.
Where to start??... the place is small but nice, it has some air extractors but they never turned them on and it was very hot, the master of ceremonies, I don't know if he was in a hurry, but he wanted to do everything very quickly... the food was not so bad but the dishes were dirty (or at least mine were like that), we had the service of the "captain" named Alejandra, which left much to be desired, at the time of the main course a guest he put the rag with which they support themselves so as not to burn themselves with the tray in their food, he only served us a drink once and at the exit they persecute you for his "support" since he only limited himself to serving the food and as I said only once he served refreshments, he did not detract from his work, but for very little he did he wanted a reward, the bathrooms are small and a bit dirty, in the men's only a toilet served, there is no parking even so outside they charge you $70 to park it (I touched myself inside the washed car that is on one side o), these people were very kind, in general for me and my companion our experience was not so pleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the nicer places to have parties that I have been to when visiting. Family has had 2 quiencineras here...the food is rico and the servers do everything they can to keep you happy. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5...the ladies bathroom is smelly and there are no toilet seats (keep in mind this is typical here for public bathrooms, but I am speaking from an American opinion)
