★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tienen responsabilidad ni compromiso con el cliente para la instalación del equipo de aire acondicionado, te dan fecha sin especificar horario, esperas todo el día y no acuden ni te llaman para avisar. Pésimo el servicio.
Si para instalar es un problema, no quiero esperar a que haya una falla y ver en cuanto tiempo responden con la garantía.
They have no responsibility or commitment to the client for the installation of the air conditioning equipment, they give you a date without specifying time, you wait all day and they do not come or call you to notify. Terrible service.
If it's a problem to install, I don't want to wait for a failure and see how long they will respond with the guarantee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quieren que andén de detrás de ellos para ser válida una garantía de mirage inverter, según acudieron al domicilio pero nunca se les vio, ya que había gente en la casa marcaron diciendo que estaban afuera del lugar cosa que no, no se por que MIRAGE tiene estos talleres de reparación como centros de distribución y reparación cosa que ni una ni la otra mirage son una pena, última vez que s compra un equipo de esa marca en tres meses se descompuso la tablilla y no se hicieron responsables así nomas no fueron ni siquiera a ver el aparato en fin poco a poco Caban su propia tumba??
