Pésima atención a clientes. Para todo sacan que "tiene que estar/autorizar el encargado" y ese nunca lo encuentran.

Programe una visita para mantenimiento y no vinieron. Al marcar me dicen que el técnico no alcanzo a venir y reprogramamos para el día siguiente cuando tampoco se presento. No te llaman para avisarte que no podrán ir y ahora ya ni responden al teléfono. Esta fue la sucursal donde compre mi equipo, imagínense si hubiera sido una reclamación de garantía.
Schedule a visit for maintenance and they didn't come. When dialing they tell me that the technician could not come and we rescheduled for the next day when he did not show up either. They don't call you to let you know that they won't be able to go and now they don't even answer the phone. This was the branch where I bought my equipment, imagine if it had been a warranty claim.

Pésimo servicio, el muchacho que está en "atención a clientes", que para vender se mostró casi servil, cuando ya cobraron la venta practicamente se burla cuando se les habla por alguna duda o falla en los climas. NO compren aquí.

Compre 2 minisplits inverter magnum 19 uno de ellos dejo de funcionar a los 5 meses. Quedaron de enviar a un tecnico y no se presento. No tienen personal para soportar las garantias

Compre 1 minisplit en Diciembre 2021 y la entrega fue retrasada por culpa del chavo que "no entendio" cuando y como hacer la entrega. Quien sabe porque los dejan seguir vendiendo solo manchan la marca Mirage

PÉSIMO SERVICIO, así con mayúsculas, cero respuesta en servicio al cliente y garantías de una instalación chambona y mal hecha . No responden a los reportes los cuales reciben sólo por e-mail. Làstima de tan buena marca de Climas y que se ponga en riesgo por instaladores trochones e irresponsables aunado a la nula respuesta del distribuidor-vendedor mayorista. Ahórrense corajes y NO compren ahí porque el servicio al cliente es nulo en cuanto a respuesta de garantías derivadas de una pésima instalación. Semanas llevo esperando respuesta por la instalación trochona e incompleta y han hecho mutis. Busquen mejor otro lugar de venta ya que el “poco ahorro” que se pudiera obtener en los precios al final sale muy caro.

Save your courage and DO NOT buy there because customer service is null in terms of response to guarantees derived from a lousy installation. I've been waiting weeks for a response for the trochona and incomplete installation and they have left. Better look for another place of sale since the "little savings" that could be obtained in prices in the end is very expensive.

NO RECOMENDABLE!... Había sido su cliente desde hace 5 años y la señora Valeria Mata siempre me atendió muy bien y dió respuesta a todas mis inquietudes, entregas e instalaciones en tiempo y forma. Ahora que ya no está, el sujeto Christian Arriaga tiene muy mal servicio al cliente desde la venta, evita enviar cotizaciones por correo, todo lo quiere manejar por whatsapp, muy informal para ser el gerente/dueño del negocio, programaron la instalación para el sábado, pero sus técnicos no llevaron el material completo, Christian se comprometió en llamar el lunes a primera hora para reagendar, no llamó, le mandé mensaje, le marqué a su celular y no contestó mensajes ni devolvió llamadas. Llamé a su local, me contesta Paola y dice que va a buscar mi orden de compra y me llamará para confirmar el día de instalación y no sucedió, vuelvo a llamar y me contesta Christian, me dice que en media hora me regresa la llamada y tampoco sucede. Lo que desembolsas son cantidades considerables y no amerita que recibas esa falta de compromiso. Pésimo servicio al cliente, pésimo seguimiento a tu orden de compra. NO LO RECOMIENDO.
