★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful dining experience with 360 views of the sprawling Mexico City. Definitely recommend going so the way to the top just before sunset, grabbing dinner downstairs to floor 41 for dinner. They had okay vegetarian options. We got the sopa azteca, seafood linguine and linguine with tomato sauce (pictured)
Wait staff were super kind and helpful when ordering in broken Spanish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a little confusing finding the restaurant as there is a bar and cafe with similar names in the same building. The restaurant is on top floor. The view was amazing 360 degrees. The Food was great, reasonably priced, service was a little slow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never saw my waiter again after I ordered and someone else brought my food out. He did not check to see if everything was alright, which was really annoying because my drink was made incorrectly. The staff refused to take the drink off my bill and it took about 20 minutes of arguing before they finally relented. Yeesh. The ravioli was delicoius, however, and the views can't be beat. I'm sad to say I won't be back.

It seems to me like the prices of the food are similar to toks restaurant.
The service from the waiters is not bad but isn't good either.
It takes too long to bring your food or anything you need or want to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ “No one cares”! We had huge expectations regarding this place. As a result, I would describe the experience there as “No one cares.” When we come, there was NO friendly “Bienvenidos”. The receptionist just showed us the qr for menu. When we chose the table, we were waiting anyone to come, but no one, we had issues with wifi and could not load the menu. We were waiting for 15 minutes, menu still was not loaded. The waiter confirmed to us the wifi name but it was with no internet connection. At this moment, we decided to leave (hungry). No one cared again. The receptionist didn’t even ask how was our experience, even didn’t say “Hasta luego” or smth. She was just talking to some other girl from the personnel. We were very disappointed.
And we do hope the owners will take into considerations these comments in order to make the restaurant better, because the view was really good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The wait may be long depending on what time you go... but it is WORTH IT. The views are obviously spectacular. The staff... the staff are extremely friendly and the food is fine dining! The food is rich and organic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything went well with the experience in terms of the ambiance and the view. However, the service was slow and the worst thing about our time there was that the that the salmon and vegetables that we ordered were not cooked at all. The individual that I dined with is now suffering from what I believe to be food poisoning. She only had a few bites before noticing that it wasn’t cooked. We told our waiter and he agreed. She didn’t eat much of her food, and because the service was so slow, we missed the performance by the Ballet Folklorico. Upon notifying the waiter, nothing was done to better the experience. He apologized once and just took our plates.
After our experience, we spoke to a couple of the locals to get their take on the restaurant, and they all came to a consensus that the only good thing in visiting this restaurant is the view while dining. They did recommend a restaurant called Bellini, which also has a view as well as better service/food.
