★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se dejen engañar. Conjunto habitacional que promete mucho, pero no cumple con nada. Las "amenidades" están mal hechas y se está cayendo a pedazos, si así está la torre A, no me quiero imaginar como van a quedar las demás ...!!!
Do not be fooled. Housing complex that promises a lot, but does not deliver on anything. The "amenities" are poorly done and are falling apart, if tower A is like this, I don't want to imagine how the others are going to be...!!!

Predial Alto por que catastro incluyen al centro comercial.....etc etc.
Bad Builder Miraltus, They do not fulfill what they promised,
High Predial why cadastre include the shopping center ..... etc etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La pésima experiencia adquiriendo un inmueble, no recomiendo que adquieran con ellos
La constructora no entrega con servicios básicos “agua” se tiene que estar pidiendo pipas de agua y ellos no dan la cara para resolver esta situación.
Hicieron mal la inscripción ante catastros y se está pagando muchísimo más de predial EL TRIPLE!!!
No se hacen responsables de los vicios ocultos!!!

The terrible experience acquiring a property, I do not recommend that you acquire with them
The construction company does not provide basic services "water" they have to be asking for water pipes and they do not show their faces to solve this situation.
They did the registration wrong before cadastres and they are paying a lot more than predial EL TRIPLE!!!
They are not responsible for hidden vices!!!
