★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal muy amable y atento, recámaras muy agradable y camas cómodas para descansar, desayuno exquisito desde temprano, el personal pudo guiarme para recorrer la ciudad así como diferentes puntos emblemáticos desde museos e iglesias y este queda cerca del centro y turibus. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
 Very friendly and attentive staff, very nice bedrooms and comfortable beds to rest, exquisite breakfast from early, the staff was able to guide me to visit the city as well as different emblematic points from museums and churches and this is close to the center and the bus. I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se ve lejos, pero cambiando queda todo, incluso a dos calles está el mirador de las Escalinatas!
La terminal queda super cerca, las combis que vienen de Val'Quirico pasan por ahí y si no quieres caminar tomas en la misma calle la combi y te deja en el centro de Tlaxcala.
La atención de los muchachos y sobre todo felicito a Braulio fue excelente ✨?.
Se los recomiendo.
It looks far away, but everything is changing, even two streets away is the viewpoint of the Stairs!
The terminal is super close, the combis that come from Val'Quirico pass through there and if you don't want to walk, you take the combi on the same street and it leaves you in the center of Tlaxcala.
The attention of the boys and above all I congratulate Braulio was excellent ✨?.
I recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos gustó mucho el hotel, las instalaciones están muy bonitas, la vista de toda la ciudad muy padre, el servicio es excelente en los tres turnos la verdad, las personas que atienden siempre muy amables y te hacen sentir como en casa así que nuestra estadía fue muy placentera y tranquila por lo que lo recomendamos bastante! obviamente en nuestra siguiente visita a Tlaxcala, nos volveríamos a hospedar ahí !!
We really liked the hotel, the facilities are very nice, the view of the entire city is very cool, the service is excellent in all three shifts, the people who attend are always very friendly and make you feel at home, so our stay It was very pleasant and quiet, so we highly recommend it! obviously on our next visit to Tlaxcala, we would stay there again!!

It far exceeded my expectations. An extremely helpful and friendly staff, always attentive to the needs of the guest. Magnificent facilities, with all the services and comfort to make our stay pleasant. Strict and adequate safety and hygiene protocols. Unbeatable location and an extraordinary view of the city. It will certainly be our first option when we return to Tlaxcala. Thank you very much for such a wonderful experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice, tastefully decorated boutique hotel with great staff. We were fortunate to get a room with a view over town, however, I think that the rooms facing the road might be a bit noisy for some people. Also, in our room at the end of the hall, we had a fairly weak internet signal although this did not seem to be a problem in other areas of the hotel. One thing to note is that this hotel is located above the city, and although it is not a long walk, it can be quite steep depending on the route that you take (stairs or road).
