Al estar en una zona no tan transitada ni concurrida le da un ambiente de tranquilidad. Si quieres comprar.un problema aquí es el lugar. Todo lo quieren solucionar con sus garantías fuera de tiempo o pretextos para no aceptar que la calidad es peor que casas de.infonavit. Poor quality materials, unsealed windows, humidity,. Badly installed doors. And bad materials in the rest. They are not well seated. And yet without inhabiting they hide themselves so as not to solve. If you want to buy a problem here is the place. Las casas son muy bonitas, nuevas y con gusto minimalista, las hay de 2 y 3 recamaras, realmente las vistas desde los balcones y el roof garden son muy buenas, se puede apreciar la catedral de Morelia cuando se encienden las luces. Se cuenta con servicios completos y comercios muy cerca. A place away from the bustle of downtown Morelia, it is a private residential with surveillance and amenities, they have a small park with a palapa with a grill. The houses are very nice, new and with minimalist taste, there are 2 and 3 bedrooms, really the views from the balconies and the roof garden are very good, you can see the Cathedral of Morelia when the lights are turned on. It has full services and shops very close.
