Me pasó que no respetaron mi turno (otros pacientes se metieron) y entonces la recepcionista en lugar de asegurar que yo entrara, me dijo que esperara dos turnos más. Como no podía esperarme (debía entrar a trabajar), entonces "vuelva más tarde"...Me pregunto si habría tenido esa respuesta si no hubiera pagado antes por mi cita. En suma, no pagues antes, sino hasta que te atienda el doctor, porque si no, te pueden quitar tu turno y no respetar tu tiempo. Les da igual, porque al fin, ya pagaste.
