La veterinaria muy rápidos y amables. Me encanta llevar a mi perrito ahi. Excellent place to bathe your puppies !! Julia es un excelente ser humano. El lugar es muy limpio y todo el tiempo huele rico. También cuenta con servicio veterinario, el Dr. Mauricio es un excelente ser humano y los dos te hacen sentir que tu mascota es única y bellísima. Yo lo recomiendo al 100% It is attended by its owner from the time it opens until it closes. I have seen how lovingly they treat dogs. Its owner, Dr. Julia, is an excellent human being. S	Sofia Ordóñez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a este lugar porque me recomendaron altamente la amabilidad y cuidado de la dueña Julia, muy cierto que es muy amable, sin embargo, hay detalles que debería cuidar. La primera vez que llevé a mi Yorkshire pedí un corte corto pero cuando me lo devolvieron parecía que solo le cortaron las puntas, pero por la amabilidad decidí darle una segunda oportunidad, error!! Pedí cita para mis perritos, y al llamar me dijeron que me avisaban cuando estén listos, que los llevara a las 9:30 pero NUNCA me dijeron que se tardarían horas, a las 3 llamamos para ver si ya estaban y dijeron que nos avisaban porque no sabían si lo estaban, nos llamaron a las 4 para por fin avisar que ya estaban listos, cuando llegamos por ellos nos cobraron una peluquería de uno de ellos porque tomaron la decisión de cortarle el pelo a uno sin consultarlo. Eso sucedió ayer, hoy llame para contar lo que había sucedido, para mi mala suerte pienso, me atendió la estilista y no la señora Julia, le dije que no buscaba una recompensa por lo sucedido que solo quería platicarle lo que había pasado, a lo que su respuesta fue: 1. Se me informó que iba a tardar que porque los viernes hay clientes fijos (cosa que nunca pasó, ya que me dijeron que la cita me la aceptaban a las 9:30) 2. Evadió el tema del corte de pelo cobrado sin solicitarlo. 3. Trató de tirarme la culpa porque aparentemente yo como cliente debí de haber informado que quería que mis perros no estuvieran mucho tiempo ahí aunque fuera con cita. La verdad es que colgué muy molesta porque no me creía que un lugar no acepte sus errores y mucho menos si no les piden nada a cambio. I made an appointment for my dogs, and when I called they told me that they would let me know when they are ready, to take them at 9:30 but they NEVER told me that it would take hours, at 3 we called to see if they were there and they said they would let us know why They did not know if they were, they called us at 4 o'clock to finally let us know that they were ready, when we arrived for them they charged us a hairdresser for one of them because they made the decision to cut one of their hair without consulting them. That happened yesterday, today I called to tell what had happened, to my bad luck I think, the stylist attended me and not Mrs. Julia, I told her that I was not looking for a reward for what happened that I only wanted to tell her what had happened, that his answer was: 1. I was informed that it would take time because there are regular clients on Fridays (which never happened, since they told me that the appointment was accepted at 9:30) 2. He avoided the issue of the cut of hair collected without requesting it. 3. He tried to blame me because apparently I as a customer should have reported that I wanted my dogs not to be there too long even if it was by appointment. The truth is that I hung up very upset because I did not believe that a place does not accept their mistakes and much less if they do not ask for anything in return.
