★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy peculiar la forma en que se cocina el Cordero, en el Sur de México. Se baja al Pozo(al menos de 2 metros de profundidad) la Parrilla y la leña con la que se cocina el cordero, en dónde se acomoda este, se tapa como una Sepultura Católica. Luego de un tiempo prudencial según lo decide el Asador, se le da a probar al homenajeado y si este da.el visto bueno, se retira el Cordero, ahora sí para el disfrute de todos los Invitados.
Very peculiar the way in which the Lamb is cooked, in the South of Mexico. The Grill is lowered into the Well (at least 2 meters deep) and the wood with which the lamb is cooked, where it is accommodated, is covered as a Catholic Burial. After a reasonable time as decided by the Asador, the honoree is given to try and if this gives the go-ahead, the Lamb is removed, now for the enjoyment of all the Guests.
