★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible hotel. You should avoid this place. Its at least 20 minutes from the main drag and there is nothing around it at all. So when we showed up at 7pm and the restaurant was already closed there was no where to go. Why have a restaurant if you're going to be closed at 7pm? Then there was no hot water in the room. Then they lied to me about breakfast being included. The online price clearly had break fast included but since I showed up in person and paid cash (same exact price as online) they said breakfast wasn't included. Which they told me after I waited around until they started serving at 9am (so late!) and ate their lousy food that cost us an extra 350. The staff was rude and the hallways smell. The ONLY good thing about the hotel is the beautiful lobby and the room was clean. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.

We'd had a wonderful stay until hotel administrator Adolfo showed his face on the last day to take the store bought water bottles away while preparing for the temazcal for no other reason than "it's bad for their image" ??
The staff are lovely, just avoid Adolfo or he'll go out of his way to try to ruin the day with his petty attitude.
Admin Alfonso, learn some leadership skills and don't reprimand your staff in front of customers.
