★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un complejo con muchas deficiencias, el asfalto esta muy deteriorado en todo el lugar pero se destaca en su acceso principal y único para entrar, el estacionamiento que tiene cada unidad habitacional esta muy mal ideado y es un descontrol, no hay un clara organización vecinal, delincuencia dentro y fuera del complejo.
A complex with many deficiencies, the asphalt is very deteriorated throughout the place but it stands out in its main and only access to enter, the parking lot that each housing unit has is very badly designed and is a lack of control, there is no clear neighborhood organization, crime inside and outside the complex.

De hay en más todo tranquilo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Existen personas que rentan depas ahí y son amantes de lo ajeno, personas que invaden y se adueñan de los depas y nadie hace nada, no hay presidente de colonos, sólo 2 doñas que siempre se andan peleando el título.
There are people who rent depas there and are lovers of what belongs to others, people who invade and take over the depas and nobody does anything, there is no president of settlers, only 2 women who are always fighting for the title.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un bonito fraccionamiento, sin embargo le hace falta mucha seguridad, existen asaltos en todas horas del día , además de que no cuenta con ninguna ruta se servicio público que entre al fraccionamiento, solo la que pasa por el periférico nuevo.
It is a nice subdivision, however it lacks a lot of security, there are assaults at all hours of the day, in addition to the fact that it does not have any public service route that enters the subdivision, only the one that passes through the new peripheral.
