Lamentable de verdad. He leído comentarios de que te hacen esperar mucho pero no fue mi caso. Lo que si es que el lugar huele mucho a pipí de perro y la decoración que tienen está polvorienta. Creo que pudieran mejorar eso. Professional attention from peeeeero veterinarians, you have to chase them to send you the results. I have read comments that they make you wait a long time but it was not my case. What if the place smells a lot of dog pee and the decoration they have is dusty. I think they could improve that.

Al momento de llegar me comentaron que el doctor se atrasó (me pudieron haber mandando mensaje para avisar ya que tenían el número) y que atenderían a mi perro a las 2 y saldría a las 3. Les dije que no había problema, al llegar 2.55 esperando que ya estuviera listo me volvieron a decir que no habían atendido al perro porque se atrasó el doctor. Recalco, tenían mi celular y me pudieron haber mandado un simple mensaje en lugar de hacerme perder dos horas, realmente creo que es falta de criterio ya que le toma unos segundos avisar. Me voy con mala experiencia del personal. I'm not one to give good or bad reviews but this time I had to. The appointment I had was at 1 pm. When I arrived they told me that the doctor was late (they could have sent me a message to let me know since they had the number) and that they would treat my dog at 2 and leave at 3. I told them that there was no problem, when I arrived at 2:55 a.m. waiting for it to be ready, they told me again that they had not treated the dog because the doctor was late. I emphasize, they had my cell phone and they could have sent me a simple message instead of making me lose two hours, I really think it is a lack of judgment since it takes a few seconds to notify them. I am leaving with bad experience from the staff.

Also very costly for the results

The service is very very good as the keep you informed while your pet is In there care, we got multiple pics and vids throughout the process!! Great people, excellent service,top notch work and good prices. Highly recommend. The were patient with the language barrier too. Excellent ?????????
