★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El único detalle es Salón Hacienda Tejeda esta atrás del fraccionamiento, y ha habido fiestas que duran altas horas de la mañana del siguiente día, y el volumen es intolerable. Este punto que realmente te hace pensar en haber comprado en este fraccionamiento, espero la asociación de condóminos pueda resolver como también el acceso lejos de hacer un solo pago por una puerta y sus mantenimientos cuando se requiera se opta por una seguridad privada con la asociación de la inmobiliaria y hora se tendrá que pagar cuotas mensuales lástima
The only detail is Hacienda Tejeda Hall is behind the subdivision, and there have been parties that last until the wee hours of the morning the next day, and the volume is intolerable. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya que mi opinion desapareció porque el antiguo lugar fue borrado, mi experiencia:
1)Se anuncia como acceso controlado y caseta de vigilancia, esto es FALSO, no hay acceso controlado y la caseta de vigilancia esta de adorno, hay un velador por la noche que cuida EL MATERIAL DE CONSTRUCCIÓN, NO LAS CASAS. Es un fraccionamiento y por ley de municipio NO PUEDE SER CERRADO.
2)Los acabados no tienen el detallado que se paga en el precio, el piso esta mal puesto y se siente la diferencia de loza a loza al caminar y mover muebles, la carpintería es muy descuidada, la plomería salió defectuosa teniendo un desagüe tapado con cemento.
3)El Salón Hacienda Tejeda esta atrás del fraccionamiento, y ha habido fiestas que duran hasta las 6 de la mañana del siguiente día, y el volumen es intolerable. Este punto me hace realmente arrepentirme de haber comprado en este fraccionamiento, espero la asociación de condóminos pueda resolver.
4)La ubicación es perfecta.
Since my opinion disappeared because the old place was erased, my experience:
1) It is advertised as controlled access and guardhouse, this is FALSE, there is no controlled access and the guardhouse is decorative, there is a watchman at night that takes care of THE CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL, NOT THE HOUSES. It is a subdivision and by municipality law CANNOT BE CLOSED.
2) The finishes do not have the detail that is paid in the price, the floor is badly placed and you can feel the difference from tile to tile when walking and moving furniture, the carpentry is very neglected, the plumbing was defective having a drain clogged with cement.
3) The Hacienda Tejeda Hall is behind the subdivision, and there have been parties that last until 6 in the morning the next day, and the volume is intolerable. This point makes me really regret having bought in this subdivision, I hope the condominium association can solve it.
4) The location is perfect.
