★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El trato de ventas después de hacer el apartado tiene mucho que desear, quedaron de entregarme en diciembre 2020 y era marzo y no tenía ninguna respuesta de su parte. Tuve que terminar el contrato por temas laborales y de pandemia y no fueron para darme una respuesta en cuanto mi anticipo y al día de hoy 27 de mayo aún no tengo una confirmación del estatus de mi contrato.
No están vendiendo enchiladas. Creo que es tiempo de hacer una denuncia a @profeco.
 The sales deal after making the section has a lot to be desired, they were delivered in December 2020 and it was March and I had no response from them. I had to terminate the contract due to labor and pandemic issues and they did not give me an answer as to my advance payment and as of today, May 27, I still do not have a confirmation of the status of my contract.
They are not selling enchiladas. I think it is time to make a complaint to @profeco.

Terrible, 2 months ago I made a section and due to an unforeseen event I had to cancel the section and to date I have no answer for my money!

EXCELLENT INVESTMENT, GOODWILL, LOCATION, DESIGN, SPACES, AMENITIES AND ABOVE ALL VERY QUIET FOR THOSE OF US WITH CHILDREN, VERY DIFFICULT TO FIND EVERYTHING TOGETHER NEAR THE CENTER OF A CITY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bonito diseño de departamentos. Pésimo servicio post-venta, Lander del Bajío es una broma de empresa, nada de seriedad. Piense dos veces antes de hacer trato con esa constructora en algún otro desarrollo.
Nice apartment design. Terrible after-sales service, Lander del Bajío is a company joke, nothing serious. Think twice before making a deal with that construction company on some other development.
