★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a business class hotel, nice and quiet, it's not located near the Irapuato city, about 10-15 minutes in Uber from downtown but it's a nice place for business trips, there is a convenient store and a pharmacy within walking distance and a coffee shop very close to it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented two rooms on early November 2021. Hotel is located in good quiet area if you are looking for a place to have a good rest, with ok rooms and well cleaned.
Complimentary breakfast ok.
Unfortunately, water service was down on the second night without management explanations. Also, Wifi signal very weak in rooms. Only worked good on Hotel’s lobby.
Hotels room doesn’t have phones where you can report any issues with your room (we had a couple of issues). Also, there is no a direct number to call reception.
