★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At 4 stars I'm being generous it is a bit older but a nice place to stay. The room was a bit on the small side but comfortable the heat was adequate my only real complaint was that the shower didn't drain hardly at all and I asked twice and got no response. The breakfast buffet was very very good service was excellent and the staff seem to go out of their way to be helpful..
I do recommend it Kama park there and use Uber it was fairly cheap to go everywhere in town.
One word of caution don't look for a motel in Mexico that's a place where people go to cheat on their spouse and rooms are generally for rent by the hour or for a 6 hour block.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently spent over two weeks here. I was in town for a medical procedure. The director and her staff, were the most outstanding, compassionate, down to earth, professional human beings I've ever met. You were treated like family and not just a guest. Everyday, I was asked if I needed anything during my difficult recovery.
The rooms were very nice, and comfortable during the cold weather. There was a minor problem in our room and immediately corrected. The buffet was excellent. Chef prepared an awesome variety of yummy dishes. Alejandro always greeted you with a smile and made sure quests were well attended. So do you think I'll return to this hotel, of course!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been staying here for the last 2 weeks. Had some maintenance issues initially but everything was taken care of. This is one of the best hotels for its price. And the breakfast here is simply amazing. It's all freshly prepared and hot with a variety of options. And the hospitality is top notch. Highly recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was fantastic. Roberto at the front desk was amazing! Extra bonus was he was bilingual and was able to assist with translating! Plan on staying here again on our return. Secure parking lot and beautiful grounds.
