Heredero de un importante legado hotelero y líder de la primera empresa 100% mexicana en el ramo, Roberto Zapata Llabrés es un hombre cuya presencia resuena dentro y fuera del medio turístico nacional.
En el 2000, el primogénito de la familia Zapata fue quién tomó las riendas del negocio y si bien en un inicio siguió los pasos de su padre, poco a poco se fue abriendo paso con un liderazgo diferente, estandarizado y basado en los procesos que Hoteles Misión necesitaba.
Tenacidad, congruencia y amor por la familia son los ejes que rigen su vida. Para él, la consistencia y la creatividad son las claves para ofertar productos diferentes y competitivos en un mercado siempre cambiante y al que hay que ajustarse.
Roberto Zapata Llabrés nació y creció prácticamente inmerso en la industria y desde su juventud tuvo la oportunidad de vivir en carne propia el fascinante y estresante ritmo de su vocación pues ha sido quien ha experimentado los saltos cuánticos de la compañía: de 12 a 30, de 30 a 60 y la meta más próxima: de 60 a 100 hoteles en 2019.
Además de su puesto como Director General y Presidente del Consejo de Administración, ha participado de manera activa en diversas asociaciones como:

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ amazing views, really nice staff, great attention, delicious food, follows health regulations, has other activities like gotcha, comfortable rooms, good entertainment at night, big pool and a small one for children, it's really peaceful just make sure to being enough sweaters because it's a bit cold at night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything is very well conditioned to let you travel to the Revolution age. All the places are carefully decorated to reflect an old Hacienda. The reception was very friendly and the food was very good. I walked around the hotel, and discovered nice places to take some great pictured. I really enjoyed the time spent there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The property is great, nice facilities I had a great time there, such a beautiful place.
However, I found a couple of things I didn't like the pool it was very dirty with a disgusting smell.
The restaurant was awful, the service was a nightmare, it took them more than an hour just to take our order, it was "comprehensive" cuz there were like 4 tables.
Once they took our order they never brought my drink, it took them another hour to bring our food but then they make a mistake, they confused the dishes and never took my order or my wife's order, my mom and dad did got their food, and when I asked how long would it take to bring my food they told me I never ask for it, they never got my order!
The waiter was very disrespectful, and told me if a want him to request something, but I didn't want anything anymore.
So he was aggressive the rest of the day, even when they brought the bill.
It's a shame cuz the hotel is beautiful, I don't think I would ever come back jus because of the poor service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice theme hotel, service and assistance at the hotel is very good. Facilities are OK. However rooms need urgent maintenance and perhaps corrective service or replacing furniture (which are really un bad shape) that is the reason I do not give a 5 star grade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for the historical references. Once there, the service received was VERY disappointing. We walked around the facility and ended up in the lounge area. We waited for over a half hour for service. No one came to the area to take our order, even after contacting the front desk. Nice views, disappointing service. Do not recommend the drive way out there to NOT be tended to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice... nice place indeed. The staff ... fine, damn fine!!!!!!!! the food... well, fairly well. the accommodations... fine, clean, howbeit, people... customers, are a pleague.
People do not respect the proper usage of facemasks, nor social distancing, which helps provoke contagion. I would suggest... the staff must insist people to care and respect these health indications...
