Beautiful and safe place but with road problems as it is surrounded by schools with multiple schedules and levels from kindergarten to university (movi, Celtic, Federal High School, Tecmilenio) and having only one exit

Unguarded subdivision attached to the south west bypass, nice houses with 3 bedrooms, 2 and a half bathrooms, parking for 1 or 2 cars, no amenities
