★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been here more than once so I think I have a good enough basis for a decent review. Also, I have had sushi on more than one continent to include the higher end sushi experiences in Japan. I'm not normally so critical, but something is off here. It feels to me like the fish isn't prepared on the front end the correct way. I've done it myself before and you do notice the difference between fish that is frozen to temp and kept there for the right amount of time and those that are not. From trying the other sushi places in the area, Mazatlan sushi is a different than other places in the world, but there are better places in here.
