Sin duda una de las mejores experiencias en una clínica; super amables, profesionales, empaticos, me explicaron todo, me dieron las mejores opciones para mi caso,.. , y los resultados increíbles!! Literal!!! Nunca pensé q la piel pudiera quedar tan bien!!! Lo super recomiendo!!!

Acudí a la sucursal de la Condesa a hacer una cita personalmente, misma que me confirmaron y contesté por SMS. El día de mi cita llego al lugar y me dicen que será en sus oficinas porque les cerró COFEPRIS, que me avisaron por WhatsApp y que yo no contesté. Me molesta que un cambio que es culpa de ellos y no mío no lo reconfirmen por el mismo medio, que lo hicieron la primera vez o que se tomen la molestia de hacerlo por teléfono. Me preocupa su calidad si lis cierra COFEPRIS. Igual que les eche un ojo PROFECO.

No me agrada mucho su política de espera de 10 minutos, tampoco es que la sesión sea tan lenta, dos tres minutos y ya.

Tuve 6 sesiones para eliminar 1 tatuaje en tinta negra y prácticamente sigue igual, el color disminuyó levemente, realmente no ví avance, y dudo que completando 8 sesiones, se logre borrar, por lo tanto, desde mi experiencia personal, no lo recomiendo.

Me tuvieron esperando mucho tiempo , pague casi 2mil me prometieron que se borraba al 70% en la primera cita eso que el tatuaje era muy suave y no vi resultados por eso ya no volví a la segunda cita (actualización)no pretendo difamar ni soy la competencia mi trabajo es distinto a lo que ustedes hacen yo solo hablo mi experiencia .

I purchased a package for 6 sessions in total. Amount of sessions needed is based on the size of the tattoo. I have completed 4 sessions, and paid 11,000 MXN for the 6 session package. Update: I have now completed all sessions over a year and the tattoo hasn't changed from the first three sessions. I felt like the pain didn't exist beyond session 3. I don't know if they attempted to erase the tattoo after session 3. I felt like it was a rip off after the third session.

They were responsive and took me in. Decent customer service considering I don't speak fluent Spanish... but more importantly I don't believe their lasers and technicians are effective. 1. During the session there was no cooling machine. I can handle pain really well, but it was so hot I had to ask for them to pause. I did additional research to find out that other clinics use a cooling tool like a "blow dryer" so the skin can tolerate the heat. 2. The technician missed several areas of my tattoo- I had to ask her to go through it again! That should never be the case. Pay attention to detail. 3. I was bleeding significantly. Again I think its from the lack of skills. I looked up other videos and no one was bleeding that way. I had to ask for more plastic wrap, explaining that I don't want my clothes to get blood... common sense, the technicians should be expert in sending their customers off with everything they need without me having to ask for the issue to be resolved. But the main point is that the removal was not effective. 4. My tattoo didn't have the same after effect like the ones I saw in videos. I didn't have any inflamed skin, actually I had NO side effects- no healing skin. I don't think their machines/technicians do anything.... and reading other reviews... I now see that my intuition was correct. Sorry for writing a poor review but it was a waste of money and I am thankful I didn't go with a package.
