★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recién llegue a rentar pagando 8,000 de renta más 800 de mantenimiento para que las cámaras no sirvan, el portón eléctrico tampoco Sirva, no tengamos luz en la calle y para finalizar se metan a robar a la casa.
Realmente no lo recomiendo, es mucho lo que se paga en una renta para que haya fallas en el condominio.
 I just got to rent paying 8,000 rent plus 800 maintenance so that the cameras do not work, the electric gate does not work either, we do not have light in the street and finally they get to rob the house.
I really do not recommend it, there is a lot that is paid in a rent so that there are flaws in the condo.

Las casas son bonitas, me gusta la distribución, presentan algunas garantías y detalles como en otras construcciones.
La urbanización se ve agradable en las áreas terminadas.
Very poor after-sales service, very informal, they do not comply with what they write in their housing manual.
The houses are beautiful, I like the distribution, they have some guarantees and details as in other constructions.
The urbanization looks nice in the finished areas.
