Bad attention I don't recommend them, they cut my puppy's leg very ugly, I didn't realize it until I got home and when I picked him up they didn't tell me anything bad, don't take your pets there

I like the attention of this veterinarian and as soon as you cut them well? they have a lot of patience for the puppies. The boys are very professional, attentive and fulfilled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me han quedado SÚPER mal en más de una ocasión. Los pedidos que hago, nunca llegan en el tiempo estipulado en su tienda en línea. Les buscas, pidiendo razones de tu producto y no responden. Ahora mismo sigo en espera de que me resuelvan un pedido que llevo más de una semana esperando recibir (y vivo a 30min de la tienda!!!).
I have been SUPER wrong on more than one occasion. The orders I make never arrive in the stipulated time in your online store. You look for them, asking for reasons for your product and they do not respond. Right now I'm still waiting for an order to be resolved that I've been waiting to receive for more than a week (and I live 30 minutes from the store!!!).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevo a mi cachorro de 4 meses a su primer baño de su vida, esperando sea tratado bien y que no sea una experiencia traumática para el. Fue todo lo contrario, un DERRAME EN OJO IZQUIERDO, AHORCARON, RASPON E INFLAMACIÓN EN SU TROMPA, LE AMAGARON CON EXCESO DE FUERZA CON UN LAZO, SANGRE EN SU PATA DERECHA, AGACHADO Y ESPANTADO.. El chico se justifica que porque "quería morder" y le pregunté que si eso ameritaba el maltrato y su respuesta fue " AQUI ASI ES" ¿¿en serio??¿ Un cachorro de 4 meses de esa raza, que convive con niños? ¿ ese es el manejo? Su servicio de atención pésimo.. su justificación del error fue por haber aceptado perros "agresivos" , el error no fue el MALTRATO que sufrió mi cachorro, es el haberlo recibido..

It was quite the opposite, a SPILL IN THE LEFT EYE, THEY HANGED, SCRATCHES AND INFLAMMATION IN HIS TRUNK, THEY TREATED HIM WITH EXCESS FORCE WITH A TIE, BLOOD ON HIS RIGHT LEG, BENT AND SHOCKED... The boy justified that because "he wanted to bite "And I asked him if that warranted mistreatment and his answer was "THAT'S HERE." Really? A 4-month-old puppy of that breed, who lives with children? is that the drive? Their lousy customer service... their justification for the error was for having accepted "aggressive" dogs, the error was not the MISTREATMENT that my puppy suffered, it was having received it...
