 The place is very pleasant and comfortable to be on the beach, the service continues to have details since the waiters are half clueless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le doy una estrella porque no se pueden 0, todo estupendo hasta pedir la cuenta. Intentan engañarte, nos han puesto el doble de cervezas que habíamos tomado. Además nada mas llegar nos hemos tomado un chupito de tequila por empeño del camarero y nos lo han cobrado a 24€. Unos ladrones, si no tienes cuidado con la cuenta te estafan.
I give it a star because you can not 0, everything is great until you ask for the bill. They are trying to deceive you, they have put us twice as many beers as we had had. Also, as soon as we arrived, we had a shot of tequila for the waiter's determination and they charged us € 24. Some thieves, if you are not careful with the account they scam you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mistico turned out to be an absolute hidden gem in Tulum. Drink prices are maybe on the higher side, but the staff and the ambience absolutely make up for it if you're looking for a chill beach club with a pool. We had a phenomenal time here, that is so far, the highlight of Tulum.
