Worst Hotel Ever !! Infested by Bed Bugs ! I got stitches all over my body ! See in attachment A/C not working in the room Salted water and also water shutoff !! They make you pay the entire stay at check-in then no refund is possible. DONT GO THERE !!

The manager is very friendly here, but I had a horrible experience here anyway. Do not come here if you need WiFi for work or school. It seems fast until you try to do a video call or take an exam. The WiFi cuts out for split seconds constantly, just long enough to stop VPN, Video Call or get disconnected from an exam. My fiancée works teaching Chinese kids English via video calls. She missed a class because of WiFi. I had to beg the hotel next door (Rosa) to use their internet so my fiancée could teach her second class. She gets fired if she misses 6 classes during her contract. The next 3 problems I had were less impactful. But the showers stopped completely, no water, I was left standing covered in soap. When we first arrived our safe doesn’t work. Their bikes are dangerous, the handles fell off while I was in it. So bad WiFi, bad showers, bad safes, dangerous bikes. Do not stay here. The staff was friendly and helpful. I updated my review from 1 to 2 stars after the manager listened to me and they refunded the bikes. The water in the shower only went out once, so I wouldn’t worry too much. But the WiFi will be a dealbreaker for business travelers or students. Good stuff: beds are very soft, beach is beautiful, most staff is friendly.

There is NO sweet water in the bathroom ONLY SALT WATER that smells like sewage very very disgusting!! Room is nice but floors are hard rock to walk on please bring thick socks or slippers. Theres weird things that might crawl into your bed or room or bathroom, be careful. Also, no room service, weak internet. And make sure to confirm prior with the hotel if you booked a room with ocean view.

The staff are very attentive and nice! Beach was clean and view was impeccable. This hotel has potential to be one of the best on the strip. Needs a refrigerator and microwave and more insulation in the rooms.

We had the honor of being the first guests in the hotel. We were greeted warmly and shown to our beautiful bungalow right on the beach. The bungalow was beautifully decorated and very clean. The location of the hotel is great, it is the last hotel in the street and has a beautiful beach on the right-hand side that you can walk for miles. We tried quite a few different foods and it was all just delicious and recommendable. The hotel has a very family atmosphere and I have to emphasize again that I have never had such a friendly staff. I can highly recommend this hotel. if you are looking for a perfect retreat in a little paradise then you are in the right place. Short version: great staff, very tasty food, good WiFi, great location, beautiful beach, everything perfect

Absolutely loved our stay here! This hotel is outstanding. I've been to several hotels in Tulum and there is nothing like the Mistiq beach Tulum. The service was incredible, the rooms are lovely and really clean. The breakfast and dinners with the magnificent view were just incredible. I would definitely stay again!.

I loved staying here on my solo trip to beautiful Tulum. The staff are truly the nicest.my most favorite people are the breakfast chef And the front desk lady Martha. The Most Genuine and kindest people I’ve ever met. I was very lucky to stay in room 13 and it’s one the nicest rooms in my opinion with full view of the sea and the scenery! I had the coolest dreams at night and the best feeling was to go to fall asleep hearing the ocean waves + waking up to the most beautiful sunrise shining through the window while still in bed. If your are looking to have a quiet and zen stay away from all the party noises and wildness on the beach road but still be close to all the fun you should definitely consider staying at this beautiful family operating hotel it’s worth it. Don’t forget to checkout the cenote cross the street and all the fun things at the end of the road. love love love this place.

Staying at the Mistiq in Tulum, had complimentary access to their beach club, I believe the food services however is through Tekio beach-club restaurants. The food was great, good service. Several day beds available. I believe there was no minimum spend to use the beach club.
