O sea, no es comparable, es nuevo en todo ámbito.
Me impactó el método, son especializados y de un esfuerzo de propio cuerpo. En esencia te hace sacar la potencia total de tu cuerpo CON tu cuerpo.
Mis 9 meses ambientados en centros de entrenamiento y gimnasios me han dejado claro que ellos son muy bien preparados.
Tienen especialistas y áreas de tratamiento físico.

In other words, it is not comparable, it is new in every area.
