★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo lugar para vivir, si piensan comprar su casa aquí piénsenlo dos veces, está lleno de gente que no respeta, no hay un momento de paz, gente con un gallinero en el sector, te despiertan las gallinas desde las 5 am, la colonia está llena de perros que se la pasan ladrando (más de lo normal) y para colmo los vecinos con su música a todo lo que da hasta altas hora de la noche, en pocas palabras cuando no son las gallinas, son los perros y cuándo no son los perros son los vecinos con su música.
Terrible place to live, if you think about buying your house here think twice, it is full of people who do not respect, there is not a moment of peace, people with a chicken coop in the sector, chickens wake you up from 5 am, the neighborhood is full of dogs that spend their time barking (more than normal) and to top it off the neighbors with their music playing until late at night, in short, when they are not the chickens, they are the dogs and when they are not the dogs are the neighbors with their music.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bonito lugar, sin embargo hay puntos para recalcar, hay muchas complicaciones con la instalación del internet, no hay cobertura debido a que se está construyendo la mitad del sector, en el lado donde no hay sectores hay paso y prácticamente cualquier persona entra sin complicaciones, la mitad de la luminaria de la Av. Bicentenario no funciona, y se batalla mucho para ver en la noche, se han reportado robos en dicha avenida, la mesa directiva no se hace mucho cargo del sector, no hay la plusvalía que pintan en los anuncios de Marfil
