Very Good Atn since they receive your car until they deliver it to you, they detail everything they did or found and they notify you for your VoBo in case of requiring repair or replacement. VERY GOOD IN GENERAL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We dropped our Montero off for an oil change and brake change. I went to pick up the vehicle as schedule by them- they said it was not ready and would take another day- "would you like to see some oil leaks".
We had no issues with oil leaks prior to our visit. I inspect the issue and the service writer pointed at the valve covers- both. Neither were leaking oil. They said the O ring and gaskets were bad (the only way to see that was to take the covers off). Again, It was not leaking oil on my inspection. The next day the car was returned to us with leaks on both sides of the engine? We park on a tiled garage and have never had an oil leak before; now visible drips.
We will not be returning.
