★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí a la parte de servicio, si bien la atención y trato por parte del personal es muy buena, hay que dejar claro que la coordinación y logística con su parte de atención vía WhatsApp es totalmente diferente y dispersa, hice mi cita con una semana de anticipación y me habían confirmado todo tanto mis datos como mi agenda, pero el día que tuve que asistir resultó que no había información ni nada, afortunadamente me pudieron resolver sin más tema con un excelente control, el servicio que le hicieron a mi unidad fue muy bueno y la entrega fue la adecuada y en menos tiempo del estipulado que es con lo que me quedo, recomiendo la asistencia aunque sugiero que realicen su cita directo con el personal de la sucursal y eviten inconvenientes adicionales
 I went to the service part, although the attention and treatment by the staff is very good, it must be made clear that the coordination and logistics with their service part via WhatsApp is totally different and scattered, I made my appointment with a week of advance and they had confirmed everything, both my data and my agenda, but the day I had to attend it turned out that there was no information or anything, fortunately they could solve me without further ado with excellent control, the service they gave my unit was very good and the delivery was adequate and in less time than stipulated, which is what I am left with, I recommend the assistance although I suggest that you make your appointment directly with the branch staff and avoid additional inconveniences
