O ambiente é tranquilo, o lugar é limpo e mtu aconchegante.
 The service is indescribable. Delicious dishes, well served and the clericot was the best ordered after so much walking.
The atmosphere is quiet, the place is clean and cozy mtu.

The restaurant is very clean and beautifully decorated. Service is fast and efficient. The food portions are large and the taste is homemade. I will return to this place and it will be recommended by me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los desayunos son bastos y de sabor agradable, los ingredientes saben frescos, les falta mejorar un poco el café pero por todo lo demás está bien. El lugar es agradable y limpio. Muy bien por la chef.
The breakfasts are coarse and pleasant tasting, the ingredients taste fresh, they need to improve the coffee a little but for everything else it is fine. The place is nice and clean. Very good for the chef.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepcionado. El T-bone era tan delgada que no fue posible poner una costra al menos que se cocina a 150%. La sopa de cebolla era muy lejos de ser auténtica estilo europeo. La cebolla faltaba en lo absoluto algo de caramelizacion. El fondo de res super aguado y sin carácter. El vino de la casa es espantoso. No lo recomiendo. La papa gratinado que se pone en todo platillo se ocupa un cachito de queso y tocino más barato que se puede comprar.
Será mejor si el restaurante deje de fingir que se ofrecen platillos europeos.
Disappointed. The T-bone was so thin that it was not possible to crust unless it is cooked at 150%. The onion soup was far from being authentic European style. The onion was absolutely missing some caramelization. The bottom of beef super watery and without character. The house wine is scary. I do not recommend it. The gratin potato that is put on every dish deals with a cheaper piece of cheese and bacon that you can buy.
It will be better if the restaurant stops pretending that European dishes are offered.

Nice place, good food, excellent attention from your waiters. Incredible drinks, they have a delicious house wine (Tempranillo), high quality food and good cooking. Recommended for a quiet meal in the center of Cholula.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic jewel in Cholula. Modern place combining Mediterranean and Mexican styles. Tuna tartar with Mexican twist was delicious. Arrachera steak was fantastic. First time I had a properly cooked Mexican style steak. second steak with mexican style red souce was a bit overcooked to my taste but nevertheless very delicious. red wine poached pear desert was absolutely great. Finished it with proper espresso. You can't get duch smooth espresso anywhere in US. Decor is modern. the restaurant is very clean. Silverware, glasses and plates are new and modern design not a cheap type. Music selection is good and nonintrusive. Room acoustic is good allowing both to hear music and have a conversation. highly recommended if you look for a nice place with food above average carne asada and mariachi music.
