Miyabi - 97000 Centro

Poor excuse of a sushi bar and not even a hint of the excellent quality, service and flavors of the other location. MIYABI EL ARBOL. The Staff was indifferent, food was room temperature and bland.... the Miyabi Salad which is favorite of mine at other restaurant was void of the tangy rice vinegar flavor and soggy. I asked for a sushi platter with only fish as I have had prepared many times at other location and plate came with chewy squid, clam, and scallop sushi...I was told that is the way the platter comes. The soy sauce was served in a paper cup that leaked all over the table (which I finally got after waiting for 10 minutes to be served and actually had to go to counter to remind the staff) , ginger was never served. Absolutely my last time to go there and I urge others to try the many other fine Japanese sushi places in town and skip this high priced disappointment.
