★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre está muy saturada la agenda. Las pestañas siempre me quedan diferentes. Las chicas que las aplican estan hablando demasiado y hasta diciendo groserias. Deberían de ser mas profesionales.
The agenda is always very saturated. The lashes always look different. The girls who apply them are talking too much and even swearing. They should be more professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He ido a muchos lugares a ponerme las pestañas (Mamma Mia, etc) y con certeza puedo decir que éste es el mejor lugar. Tienen varias opciones (mink o seda), tamaños y técnicas diferentes. La cama dónde te aplican las pestañas es súper cómoda (no te tuercen el cuello como en otros lugares) y son las que dañan menos tus pestañas naturales.
I have gone to many places to put my eyelashes (Mamma Mia, etc) and I can certainly say that this is the best place. They have several options (mink or silk), different sizes and techniques. The bed where the eyelashes are applied is super comfortable (they do not twist your neck like in other places) and they are the ones that damage your natural lashes the least.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención. El día sábado fui a colocarme extensión de pestañas, seleccioné el tamaño más pequeño qué hay y la señorita me puso el tamaño que ella decidió. Me arruinó mi evento ya que para mi no es un tamaño que me agrade absolutamente nada. Vivo en CMDX, ese mismo día les mande mensaje de que el tamaño no era el que había escogido, envíe fotos. Solicite mi reembolso ya que no fue el producto que seleccione y la única solución que me dan es que regrese a GDL para hacer válida la garantía. Totalmente absurda su atención, solución y servicio al cliente. No vayan a ese lugar ya que hacen lo que ellas quieren y al final no te solucionan nada.
Terrible attention. On Saturday I went to apply eyelash extensions, I selected the smallest size there is and the lady gave me the size that she decided. It ruined my event because for me it is not a size that I like absolutely nothing. I live in CMDX, that same day I sent them a message that the size was not the one I had chosen, send photos. Request my refund since it was not the product I selected and the only solution they give me is to return to GDL to make the guarantee valid. Totally absurd your attention, solution and customer service. Do not go to that place since they do what they want and in the end they do not solve anything for you.
