Terrible service. Very bad attitude and super expensive. They do not specify the costs well and they charge you as they occur to them.

Jessica was nice and very efficient, easy communication on WhatsApp. They charge by the kilo, and waaay more affordable than the hotel. We had 4 big bags of laundry, all washed and dried in the same day. Arranged for an Uber driver to pick it up and drop it off at our hotel that afternoon
