Gaste casi 20,000 pesos en Enero, a mediados de febrero me entregan un mueble de los 3 que compre, (además abollado) es fecha que no se comunican conmigo para entregar el resto, el vendedor solo te da un número para que arregles tu problema y no contestan nunca... PÉSIMO, no compren ahí!!!! Very nice furniture, but they NEVER give them to you. I spent almost 20,000 pesos in January, in mid-February I was given a piece of furniture from the 3 that I bought, (also dented) it was a date that they did not contact me to deliver the rest, the seller only gave you a number to fix your problem and they never answer ... PESTICIDE, do not buy there !!!!

Te dicen que tienen en existencia pero nunca entregan, y te dan un teléfono de Toluca para que una tal "Alejandra" te dé el avión todas las semanas y nunca entregan. Worst customer service experience! Do not buy in this chain! M	Miriam Razo Lara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, al leer los comentarios, me doy cuenta que el problema de esta empresa son las entregas, algo que es básico para una mueblería de precios altos, es una pena que tengan esa práctica de darte un número de teléfono para que uno como cliente haga el seguimiento porque los vendedores de la mueblería se desentienden y siempre nos envían con la persona llamada Alejandra que es la "única" persona responsable de esos envíos. Es inaudito la falta de seriedad, profesionalismo y practicas pésimas de atención al cliente. Simplemente NEFASTO. Compré desde el 1 de agosto, porque la fecha de entrega era entre el 6 y 16 de sept. Al día de hoy, por fin LOGRÉ que vinieran a entregar y llegaron con UN artículo de los 5 que compré... Tengan cuidado y cuiden su dinero porque si así son para la entrega, ¿cómo serán en caso que falle lo comprado? Nosotros compramos solo unas sillas por lo que no sufrimos por el tema de las entregas que es lo que la mayoría de las personas se ha estado quejando tanto de esta sucursal como la que está en Paseo Querétaro. Staff attention is good. There is a variety of items. The reality is that prices are not very accessible for the quality of furniture that they are. We only bought a few chairs so we don't suffer from the issue of deliveries, which is what most people have been complaining about both this branch and the one on Paseo Querétaro.
